High praise for this outfit acting on behalf of Duravit. They sent out an engineer to fix a soft-close drawer that had been problematic in closing for many years. They could well have said I had to pay because I’d waited so long. Their goodwill gesture went down very well with me.

A great service. I couldn't find what I was looking for on the web site, so the guy I spoke to emailed me the link and I had ordered what I needed 20 mins later. It arrived after a couple of days, and it has now been fitted. Many thanks.
